We are famous for our "Freedom Fries" - crispy, big portions, fully loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch - and our plates are actually Frisbees - little take home souvenirs

My trailers are super clean, and the health departments in two different states have taken videos of us and used them for training and educational purposes. We have never had any health violation and our quality is excellent. We take great pride in offering excellent quality and service.

We take cash or credit cards.

How did you get started? I used to work for other people, doing festivals for 12 years. I bought my first concession trailer 2 years ago, and now it's a family affair, we are very old school, brothers, my sons, even my mother helps out.

With the 3 trailers, we go to lots of different events, and some of the recent ones have been Carolina Rebellion, Rocklahouma, Sturgis, Gathering of the Juggalos and many more.

My most memorable experience for any festival? It would have to be way that everyone comes together when you have many types of diverse music, metal, alternative - 9 times out of 10, there are NO issues whatsoever, they come together for the love of music. County music for some reason, there are a lot of issues, they are a lot more disrespectful that others, there are fights and people groping women, it's crazy. I'm out here and I'm at a lot of different music events and the country events have the most disrespectful crowds of all.

When you have metal festivals, it's totally different. In a true metal mosh pits, if someone gets hurt, they will stop and help the person up. People give metal music a bad rap, but these people are very passionate about what they do, and very respectful. I have never seen any problems or issues at all.

We are very big into the local music scene and am excited about Metal in the Mountains! Usually we have to travel so far to do shows. We do about 32 shows a year from April until October, that it will be a real pleasure to be right here in Southern West Virginia!
